Job description
PruittHealth seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health services to adult and geriatric patients. In this field-based role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based rehab interventions, and educate patients and caregivers to maximize safety and independence. Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, document care in EMR, and manage your schedule across a local territory.
