Position: Home Health Physical Therapist Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM Mileage Reimbursement: Provided

Role Overview:
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will deliver personalized, in-home rehabilitation services. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing targeted exercise programs to enhance mobility and functionality across diverse patient populations. You will work collaboratively with patients and their families, bringing compassion and expertise to every interaction.
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio
Valid CPR certification
