Join our team of Physical Therapists today!
Nursing South, a leading home healthcare agency serving Miami‑Dade, is currently seeking dedicated PTs to join our team of professionals. As a Physical Therapist, you play a crucial role as a valued member of our patient treatment team. Your responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, and providing care in accordance with established physician treatment plans, all while actively participating in the coordination of patient care.
The Pay range for PT is $65 per visit

Partial Discharge
Evaluations, Re‑Evaluations
Put your physical therapy skills to work where they're really needed - evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them get better, day by day.
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and documentation.
Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
All PT duties related to home health care.

Requirements
Valid PT License in the state of Florida
Valid Driver's License
Proof of Citizenship
Social Security Card
PPD or Chest X‑ray
Level 2 Background Check with AHCA
Professional Liability Insurance
CPR/BLS Certification
Car Registration and Car Insurance if the vehicle is owned.
Flexible opportunities, including evening and weekend shifts. Bilingual is preferred. Personal reliable transportation.
