Home Health Physical Therapist | Hospital Affiliated | $100K+ Base
Highlights/Benefits
Hospital-Affiliated Home Health (Backed by a Major Non-Profit System)
Qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Compensation: $100,000 Minimum Guaranteed Base Salary
Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) upside: Earn additional pay for anything over 30 units a week
Complete Schedule Control: Schedulers handle the start of care, and you book the rest to fit your life
Minimal Weekend Rotation: Light on-call rotation ($5 weekend differential per visit)
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 20 days annually

Full-time, permanent position
About the Role
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and truly value patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment.
Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
Minimum 1 year of experience required (Not open to new grads at this time)
Passion for Home Health
Experience in the Home Health setting is preferred
Servant leader mindset
