Job description
Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health in North Augusta, SC. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and interventions to improve mobility and function in patients at home. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for this full-time position.
