ST. JOSEPH'S OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER IS SEEKING A FULL TIME LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE TO JOIN THE TEAM!
nnJOB SUMMARY:
nUnder the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director, this position provides professional skilled age specific nursing care for patients in collaboration with the physician and other disciplines. Under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse, performs patient related tasks to include, direct patient care, vital signs, daily ADLs, clinical procedures and other tasks as requested. The LPN will also communicate patient needs and observed/reported changes in patient condition to supervising Nurse or Physician while documenting all interactions in patient's medical record.
nRequired Skills
nnPrefer at least one (1) year of relevant nursing assistant or healthcare related experience.
nRequires licensure through the AZ Board of Nursing as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
nRequires BLS (through approved AHA training center).
nRequires a high school diploma or GED.
n nnnUSPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.

nnRequired Experience
nnQualifications:
