Travel PT Home Health jobs in Cleveland, OH are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with 5 to 6 visits per day and no on-call required.You must have an OH license and Home Health experience. Experience with Homecare Home Base documentation is required.
