Job description
Leon Home Health, Inc. is seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. We primarily serve Spanish-speaking geriatric patients, so candidates must be empathetic, culturally sensitive, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitative programs for patients.
Focus on improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and correcting disabling conditions caused by illness or injury.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Reliable transportation - this position requires travel to patients' homes throughout Miami-Dade County .
