Day Shift 8 hours/day 5 days/week
Title: Physical Therapist Home Health
Location: Moraine
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 17:00
Full-time position. M – F, no weekends required, but flexible scheduling allows weekend visits if clinician chooses.
The weekly productivity expectation is 7 visits/day or 35 visits per week.
Geographic location of the position covers Dayton, Brookville, Client, West Alexandria
1 year PT experience required
Patient population – adults, geriatrics
State licensure required
CPR required
Home Care Home Base is EMR system used – facility will provide training if candidate does have prior experience with this system
