Job description
Role: The Home Health Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities: Responsible for program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible team setting. Supervises positions such as Physical Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aids.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires ability to perform duties with or without accommodations, lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate physical strength, mobility, and stamina for patient care and location changes. Must handle emergency situations, wear protective equipment, and work in environments with potential exposure to infectious diseases and chemicals.
Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements: Must have corrected vision, clear hearing with assistance, and be capable of performing physical activities like sitting, walking, standing, bending, and climbing. Must meet visual and hearing standards.
