JTC Home Health Inc. is Hiring! JTC Home Health Inc. is actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team and provide high-quality care to patients in their homes throughout the Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee communities. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life in a comfortable, familiar environment.
Physical Therapist (PT) Job Posting
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety precautions.
Provide a supportive and encouraging environment to motivate patients toward their goals.
Job Details
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem
Pay: $70.00 - $130.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Medical Specialty: Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics
Schedule: 8 hour shift; Choose your own hours; Day shift; Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road

Serving the Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee communities.
