Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
Start your assignment in Washington, DC and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will assess patient abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families on safety and home exercise programs. Responsibilities include evaluating the home environment, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited physical therapy program and a current Washington, DC PT license.
