Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being. The role involves planning, organizing and conducting physical therapy treatments based on medical referrals and evaluations, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a current state PT license, have at least two years of experience, and possess CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.
