Job description
Physical Therapist (PT) | Non-Profit Hospital | Acute Care
Highlights & Benefits:
Full-time Acute Care role
Mentorship from a strong team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
~12 patients/day
Diverse caseload of ortho, stroke, TBI, ICU, and general
Mon-Fri 8-4:30; 1in4 weekend rotation
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
PSLF eligible
23 days/year PTO
Medical/dental/vision insurance and 401k retirement match
About the Physical:
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Acute Care experience preferred (but strong new grads will be considered)
Team player who adapts well to changing high-acuity caseloads
Servant leader mindset
