Overview: True 1 0n 1 Patient Care (avg 8 patients per shift) - 401K with a 4% match - Paid CEU's Are you gettting burned out seeing 16-24 patients a day? You will never see that here! Your daily caseload will average between 7-10 patients per day! True 1 on 1 care is what we pride ourselves in, ensuring you do not feel burnt out during your drive home after work. We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist to join our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This is a part-time/PRN position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. All of our therapists get membership with Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), so, if continued education and growth is something you are drawn t0; we are the company for you. How Confluent Health Supports You: Part-time position; * Fully paid trainings, certifications and education programs through Evidence in Motion (EIM) * A focus to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture * Comprehensive mentorship and career development * Leadership and talent development opportunities * 401(k) with a 4% Employer Match Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. * Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions. * Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. * Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care. * Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.
Qualifications:
* Passion around serving others! * California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license. * AHA BLS required * Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply. #CH About: Compensation: $55 - $62/hour + free continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
