Job description
Physical Therapist | Not-For-Profit Hospital | Outpatient
Highlights/Benefits:
Non-Profit Hospital Outpatient Clinic - PSLF-Eligible
1:1 Patient Care | 60-minute Evals - 45-minute Treatments
16 patients per day max
Caseload - Ortho, neuro, sports, and general
Collaborative environment with experienced clinicians (mentorship)
90-day formal onboarding
$6,000 Sign-On Bonus
Insurance includes Medical, Dental, and Vision; and 4% 401k Retirement
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 22 days per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Occasional Weekend Rotation)
Full-time, permanent position
About the Physical Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.
Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
