Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate functional deficits, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
