Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient rehab hospital. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to maximize functional independence and quality of life. Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure safe discharge planning.
