Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to restore function, mobility, and independence. You will provide patient and family education, document progress using EMR, and contribute to discharge planning.
