Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join Atlantic Rehabilitation's outpatient team in Mountain Lakes. nnnConduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
n
nnCollaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
n
nnCommunicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
n
nnSupport various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
n
n nPrincipal Accountabilities:
nEssential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately.
nRequired:
nnnNew Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy.
n
nnGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program
n
n nPreferred:
nn1-3 years of experience in in general orthopedics, but newer grads are welcome to apply
