Job description
The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Boca Raton, FL. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy to help residents achieve independence and mobility.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and educate residents and families about therapy goals.
