Job description
Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services including assessment, treatment planning and interventions in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.
Clinicians will develop personalized care plans, document progress, and educate patients and families while maintaining regulatory compliance. A degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure are required; CPR certification is preferred; 0-1 year experience acceptable.
