Job description
Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Portsmouth, OH. The role supports planning, organizing, developing, and directing physical therapy services to ensure high-quality resident care.
You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, document per CMS and NetHealth EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Full Time, Part Time, or PRN positions available.
