Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and document findings according to hospital and regulatory standards
Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and ways to promote recovery and prevent further injury
Re-evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment strategies as needed, and provide clear updates to the care team
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with hospital policies and safety procedures
