Physical Therapist Contract OpportunityDeliver patient-centered physical therapy services within a dynamic hospital environment, working closely with a diverse patient population. This contract opportunity involves providing care across two clinics, with your day split between facilities located within an hour's drive of each other. Consistent engagement with both inpatient and outpatient cases ensures a varied and rewarding experience, with caseloads averaging 13-15 patients per day and an approximate 80/20 ratio of inpatient to outpatient responsibilities.Schedule/Hours:10-hour day shiftsAssignments split between two clinic locations (within one hour of each other)Qualifications:Current licensure as a Physical TherapistPrevious experience in a hospital therapy setting preferredAbility to manage a diverse and busy caseloadMust provide proof of flu vaccination (no exceptions)Compliance with the 100-mile radius rule (permanent address must be outside 100 miles of facility)Willingness to work flexible schedules, with the understanding that up to three shifts may be canceled throughout the 13-week contractResponsibilities:Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatient and outpatient clientsDeliver skilled physical therapy interventions according to best practices and facility protocolsCoordinate care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teamsDocument all patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in a timely mannerMaintain professionalism and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and careAdditional Details:Limited requested time off (up to 3 days within the 13-week contract)This is a chance to make a meaningful impact across hospital and clinic settings while expanding your professional skills.
