Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist | $10K Sign-On

Position Highlights

Full-time salaried position at the newest and most advanced Inpatient Rehab hospital in the area

Open to new grads and experienced PTs, with true mentorship built in

Collaborative team of 15 PTs, OTs, and SLPs

Mostly neuro caseload: Stroke (Certified Stroke Center), TBI, post-surgical, and medically complex

8 patients per day

$10,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

$3,000/year Student Loan repayment program

5 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) in year 1

Full benefits start on day 1: medical and dental insurance, 401k retirement match

Continuing Education (CEU) support and a clear path to specialty or leadership

About the Role

We're working with a leading inpatient rehab hospital hiring a full-time PT for their team. It's a strong fit for a new grad or experienced therapist who wants real mentorship, low productivity pressure, and a meaningful clinical environment. You'll see a diverse, steady caseload from multiple referral sources, with structured onboarding, weekly check-ins, and access to seasoned clinicians. The culture is interdisciplinary and close-knit, and there's a path into clinical specialties or leadership over time.

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist

New grads and experienced PTs welcome
