nnSchedule: Day shift | PRN

n

n nHow you'll make an impact in this role

nnnEstablish, revise, and evaluate an effective, patient-centered plan of care that involves the patient and/or family.

n

nnAdvance clinical treatments within a variety of diagnoses including Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, ICU, Cardio, and Pulmonary.

n

nnYou will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to establish a plan of care and discharge recommendations.

n

nnPerform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.

n

nnMinimum weekend and holiday requirement.

n

n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need

nLicensure / Certification / Registration:

nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

n

nnPhysical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.

n

n nEducation:

nnBachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

n nAdditional Preferences:

nn1 year of Inpatient experience.
