Job description
Role: Full-time Physical Therapist in a faith-based hospital.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-care strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
