Job description
Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist
Position Highlights
High-impact role at a specialized inpatient rehab facility
Neuro-forward caseload: Stroke, TBI, vestibular, plus complex ortho, amputee, and post-surgical patients
90-day mentorship program led by a seasoned Lead PT
True 1:1 model: 7-8 patients/day with 180-minute therapy windows
Schedule: Full-time, permanent - Mon-Fri (8-5)
$15,000 relocation bonus
Loan forgiveness program - pays $3,000+ annually
4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, and 401k match
About the Role
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and truly value patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
Passion for Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists
Experience in the Inpatient Rehab setting is preferred
Collaborative, team-building personality style
