Job description
Physical Therapist Benefits:
1:1 Patient Care 60 to 90-minute sessions with each patient
See 4-6 patients/day
Join a collaborative team of 25+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs across multiple settings 60-day mentorship and onboarding program
Time built into your schedule for documentation Never take work home with you
Guaranteed 40 hours and no overtime required
Base pay of $42 to $63 per hour, based on experience
$15,000 Sign-On and Relocation Bonus
$21,000 in tax-free Loan Forgiveness
Paid Time Off - 4.5 weeks

Schedule:
Full-time permanent position working 5-8s (8:30 to 4 pm)
About the Position:
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins
Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
