Job description
St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital in Langhorne, PA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, and complex orthopedic conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, gait and balance training, therapeutic exercise, and patient/family education. The PT will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EMR, participate in care conferences, and engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
