Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you will complete thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
