Physical Therapist – Inpatient & Outpatient Setting

Responsibilities Will Include:
Evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse needs in both inpatient and outpatient care
Delivering therapeutic interventions such as exercise, manual therapy, and modality-based treatment
Tracking patient progress and adapting plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, whole-person care
Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies for long-term mobility and wellness
Supporting a culture of health, activity, and prevention across patient populations
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Washington State
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate approach to patient care and ability to adapt in a dynamic care environment
