nJackson, MI | Full-Time: 80 hours biweekly | Part-Time: 48–64 hours biweekly | PRN/Casual available | $48–$58/hour

n nThe Role
nAs a Physical Therapist at JCMCF, you will provide direct therapeutic care to our Elders, working alongside our interdisciplinary therapy team to support mobility, strength, and quality of life. We are currently seeking PT candidates for:
nnnFull-time — 80 hours biweekly

nnPart-time — 48–64 hours biweekly
n
nnPRN/Casual positions
n
n nBenefits (Full & Part-time Only)
nnnMedical, Dental, and Life Insurance effective Day 1

nnOvertime for hours worked over 40 per week
n
nnDefined Benefit Pension after 8 years of service — a lifetime value of over $150,000

nnTuition Reimbursement up to $3,000 per year for approved courses after 6 months of service

nnPaid Time Off, accrued biweekly (Part-time receives 50% of the below; based on Full-time status):

nn56 hours at 90 days
n
nn52 additional hours at 6 months
n
nn108 hours at 1 year
n
nn172 hours at 2 years, increasing with seniority
