Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Jacksonville, TX. This role focuses on outpatient care, dealing with a variety of patient types such as ortho, balance, deconditioned, and pain management. An OP background is highly preferred, and the position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Gather pertinent data from chart and other caregivers; discuss with physician as necessary
Independently assess all patient types as assigned
Demonstrate ability to recognize additional needs during evaluation; exercise good judgment in decision making
Interpret results and formulate relevant, measurable, realistic, and attainable goals
Reassess patient progress regularly per department and regulatory policy, or when the need arises
Identify appropriate equipment, discuss with patient and family, and make recommendations
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; Bachelor's degree required
LPT License in the state of TX (or compact) required
BLS certification required (AHA only)
