nPhysical Therapist Job Duties and Responsibilities:
nMeet with patients and identify needs and goals.
nDevise detailed treatment plans to achieve needs and goals.
nExercise personal judgement (ie make modifications as needed) during treatment execution to ensure patient safety and continued progress.
nMotivate and encourage patients throughout treatment process.
nPhysical Therapist Job Requirements and Qualifications:
nNJ Licensed Physical Therapist
nProven work ethic and dedication to patient care throughout the recovery process.
nAbility to communicate and adapt with different patients and personalities.
nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
