Job description
Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment focused on helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care and enjoys working with diverse populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to facilitate recovery.
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active and unrestricted Oklahoma Physical Therapist License.
Experience providing physical therapy services in outpatient, hospital, rehabilitation, or acute care settings.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and orthopedic rehabilitation principles.
Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
