Physical Therapist- Cheyenne, WY

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Cheyenne, WY
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible 8-hour shifts within clinic hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM | No nights, weekends, or on-call
Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, post-surgical, chronic pain, and pediatric patients, while providing evidence-based care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions and rehabilitation services
Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients and families on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications Required
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Active Wyoming Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Experience working with pediatric patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient orthopedic experience
Experience treating post-surgical orthopedic patients
Dry Needling certification or experience
Experience managing chronic pain and neurological conditions
