Physical Therapist
MLee Healthcare is searching for an experienced Inpatient Physical Therapist to join a well-respected health system in Savannah, GA. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, delivering high-quality care and collaborating with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $90,000 - $105,500 Bonus: $7,500 annually Relocation Assistance: $7,500
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient setting.
Manage various conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac rehabilitation, and general debilitation.
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and effective care.
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications
Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Current Physical Therapy licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Open to new graduates.
