nAbout the Role:
nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Blessing Hands Home Care LLC in the Kansas City area. This position is available for full or part time and offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
nResponsibilities:
nConduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
nProvide physical therapy treatments and interventions
nDocument patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
nEducate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and techniques
nEnsure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
nRequirements:
nValid Kansas or Missouri physical therapy license
nExperience in home care or geriatric physical therapy preferred
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
nCompassionate and patient-focused demeanor
