Keller Oaks Healthcare Center in Keller, TX, is a thriving post-acute care facility offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and geriatric outpatient services. Our therapy department is known for delivering outstanding patient outcomes through a busy skilled caseload and a growing outpatient program, Thrive, designed to help patients maximize independence and quality of life.
We take pride in being a highly specialized therapy facility, offering innovative programs including:
LSVT BIG® and LOUD®
Physical Therapy Neuromuscular Management (PTNM)
Respiratory Therapy
