Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- KORT- Louisville, KY (Springhurst)
nLocation: KORT Springhurst, 3584 Springhurst Blvd, Louisville, KY
nSchedule: Monday-Friday (no weekends)
nCompensation: starting at $72,000-$95,000 commensurate with experience
nIncentives: potential for $10,000-$20,000 sign on bonus and unlimited student debt relief.

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnOutpatient clinical rotation if a current student
n
nnOutpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
