Job description
Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Lacey, WA
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, individualized care in a one-on-one treatment environment.
• Most evaluations are 60 minutes.
• Every follow-up is 40 minutes, one-on-one with your patient - no overlap, no handoffs, and no tech doing your job.
• AI handles documentation so you can close notes at the time of service and go home.
• Treat complex orthopedic cases.
• Work alongside experienced PTs in vestibular and pelvic health.
• Collaborate and co-treat when it matters.
• Participate in weekly provider meetings that go beyond routine check-ins. We practice skills on each other, work through challenging cases, and use OCS prep materials to examine our biases and stay sharp on evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
• A valid WA PT/PTA license is required.
• New grads welcome.
• Outpatient PT experience preferred; specialty not required.
