Job Description
Greenbelt Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic practice in Greenbelt, Maryland. The position is available with a 3-month, 6-month, or one-year agreement.
You will help patients recover from orthopedic conditions through individualized, evidence-based care. This role combines hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to help patients improve mobility, regain function, and return to their daily activities.
Eligible candidates may receive up to $6,500 in total incentives, including a sign-on bonus.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and functional goals.
Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic activities.
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery.
Develop home exercise programs and educate patients on symptom management and injury prevention.
Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Complete accurate and timely evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active Maryland Physical Therapist license.
Strong clinical reasoning and skills in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
Excellent communication, organizational, and patient education skills.
Commitment to compassionate, individualized care and continued professional development.
Pay:
$105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
