Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education

Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
Compensation : $ 95,000 - $ 105,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
