Minimum Qualifications Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy
Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
Preferred Qualifications Experience in Post-Acute care preferred

Salary Range: $55 - $65 /hr
