Job description
AristaCare Health Services is hiring a Physical Therapist in New Jersey to provide patient-centered therapy to residents, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and ensure CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR, contributing to high-quality resident care.
Required BS in Physical Therapy and active NJ license, with CE commitment and LTC experience preferred.
