Physical Therapist - Lyndhurst, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (flexible schedule)
Outpatient setting
Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Northern New Jersey. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care across diverse populations, including orthopedic, post-operative, pediatric, and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and trigger point therapy
Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related injuries
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
Experience with orthopedic and outpatient therapy preferred
