Job description
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide PRN services to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this clinician-founded, mission-driven practice, you’ll deliver evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation focused on function, fall prevention, and maximizing independence. Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized treatment plans, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
