Overview: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Up to $25K in Student Loan Repayment Paid CEU
Join Advanced Physical Therapy in Maize, Kansas, and become part of an extremely close-knit team of experienced PTs specializing in orthopedics, pelvic floor rehabilitation, oncology and lymphedema care, and vestibular therapy. Learn from experienced mentors, including a CLT-certified PT and a pelvic floor specialist, while expanding your clinical skills in a collaborative environment.
Our Maize clinic offers a diverse caseload, trusted physician referral relationships, flexible scheduling, and a supportive teaching environment. New graduates and experienced clinicians alike can benefit from onsite mentorship, CEU support, and a yearlong professional development program featuring two hours of instruction each month. Located just outside Northwest Wichita, Maize offers a small-town atmosphere with convenient access to local schools, restaurants, shops, and coffee spots.

Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
About: Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
